Terms of Service
Last updated: October 27, 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BrandFlow (the "Service"), operated by us ("we," "us," or "the Company"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you're using the Service on behalf of an organization, you're agreeing to these Terms for that organization and confirming you have the authority to do so.
2. The Service
The Service lets you and your team plan, draft, schedule, and publish content to connected social media accounts across one or more workspaces, with optional AI-assisted drafting, analytics, approval workflows, and related tools. Some features depend on third-party platforms (for example, the social networks you connect) and on AI providers for content generation; availability and behavior of those features can change if the underlying third party changes its own service or access terms.
3. Accounts and Access
- You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential.
- You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account, including actions taken by team members you invite into a workspace.
- Workspace owners and administrators control who has access to a workspace and what role each member holds; we rely on those permissions to enforce access within the Service.
- Notify us promptly if you believe your account or a connected social account's access has been compromised.
4. Connected Accounts
When you connect a third-party social media account, you authorize the Service to access and act on that account on your behalf for the purposes you request — for example, publishing scheduled posts or reading basic analytics. You can disconnect a connected account at any time from within the Service. Your use of each connected platform remains subject to that platform's own terms of service, and we're not responsible for actions taken by those platforms (including suspensions, API changes, or content removal) that are outside our control.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you create, upload, or schedule through the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely as necessary to provide the Service — for example, to publish a scheduled post to the platform you selected. You're responsible for making sure Your Content, and your use of the Service generally, doesn't infringe anyone else's rights or violate applicable law. See our DMCA / Copyright Policy for how we handle infringement claims.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or the terms of any connected third-party platform;
- Post content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that you don't have the rights to publish;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's workspace, account, or data;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, including through automated abuse of its APIs;
- Use the Service to send spam or otherwise abuse a connected platform's audience.
7. Plans, Billing, and Referrals
The Service may offer multiple subscription plans with different limits and features, and may from time to time offer discount codes or a referral program with its own stated rewards. Where a paid plan involves real payment processing, additional billing terms provided at checkout will apply. Referral rewards and discount terms are as described within the Service at the time they're offered and may change going forward without affecting rewards already granted.
8. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, for you or a specific workspace, if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, or if required to do so by law. Where reasonably possible, we'll try to give notice first.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that scheduled content will always publish successfully, particularly where a failure originates from a connected third-party platform outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify account holders. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
