DMCA / Copyright Policy
Last updated: October 28, 2026
1. Our Policy
BrandFlow respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Service to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement in a manner consistent with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and similar laws elsewhere, regardless of where you're located.
2. Filing a Takedown Notice
If you believe content stored or published through the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice that includes:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or someone authorized to act on their behalf;
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
- Identification of the specific material you claim is infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to let us locate it (for example, a link or a description of where it appears within the Service);
- Your contact information — address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you're authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Send notices using the contact details at the bottom of this page.
3. Counter-Notification
If you believe content you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable federal court in your district, and that you'll accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.
4. Repeat Infringers
We may, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
5. Not Legal Advice
This policy is provided for informational purposes and describes our general process — it isn't legal advice. If you're unsure whether your situation qualifies for a takedown or counter-notice, consider consulting an attorney.
